Privacy Policy
We collect business contact information submitted by visitors
This page explains data handling principles for RFQs, datasheet requests, contact forms, and aggregate product view analytics.
Public Trust Principles
Clear boundaries for public information
These principles define what public pages can show and keep internal sourcing or unverified data away from the frontend.
We do not secretly scrape visitor identity, address books, email lists, or private files on the public website.
Form information is used for sales follow-up, technical communication, document handling, and RFQ management.
Before production launch, legal or compliance counsel should review this policy for target markets.
Information we collect
When customers submit RFQs, datasheet requests, or contact forms, we process name, company, country or region, email, phone or WhatsApp, product code, requirement details, and attachments submitted by the customer.
How we use information
Information is used to confirm product requirements, reply to customers, arrange sales follow-up, maintain inquiry records, and improve product pages. Backend product view counts are aggregate analytics and are not used to secretly identify individuals.
Files and internal information
Uploaded files default to internal visibility. Supplier information, purchasing part numbers, purchase pricing, margins, internal notes, and review data must not appear on public pages.
Customer choices
Customers may use public contact channels to request updates, additions, or deletion of submitted business contact information, subject to the formal operating policy.
Need to confirm a product requirement?
Continue filtering products, submit an RFQ, or add project context through the contact page.
